A Quick Menu for a Very Busy Kitchen!

Debi and I felt that a Special Episode was needed, in this week between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
We are all cooking at a very high regime, family and friends are visiting, or just stopping by more than usual...
The food is literally flying off the shelves of our pantry!
Even if being hospitable and entertaining is a true pleasure, sometimes is good to take it with ease, and work with a menu that does not surprise in creativity, but simply does the trick. Humble and Fresh!

Comfort food does not have to be boring; use all the fresh herbs you got, to feel the fields of Tuscany on the back of your palate, while indulging into your third serving of the roast.
This is the last week of 2008, hang tight, we're almost there.
